Ecosystem Services and University Operations

Stanford University is responsible for provisioning its community with clean water, minimization and mitigation of fire risk, and outdoor recreational opportunities. The university strives to set a good example of environmental stewardship and we work together with our university partners to achieve those goals. We support Stanford’s offices of Water Resources and Civil Infrastructure, Sustainability, Property Services, Buildings and Grounds Maintenance, and Fire Marshal’s office.
