Conservation Technician
Julie is a UCLA graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science and a minor in Conservation Biology. Growing up in the Bay Area, she developed a passion for understanding and protecting California's beautifully diverse ecosystems. At UCLA, she worked on various research projects, including studying the traits of California invasive plants and testing a new method for quantifying antibiotic resistant bacteria. She is excited to work with Stanford's Conservation Program to restore land, monitor endangered species, and connect with nature. In her free time, she likes to play badminton, thrift, and sketch.
